Python Programs

It has been a while now I started learning Python and Usually try to code for the challenges on Hackerrank.com. And now that I have reached a point wherein I am able to write some decent code, and being aware that my solutions are usually on the submission column on Hackerrank.com. I would like to use this column as an Archive to all the programs I try there and probably help others with these solutions in Python.
